Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. No trial, no credit card, no time limit. The free plan is permanent. If your needs grow, you can upgrade anytime.
What happens if I hit the 100-task limit?
You'll get a gentle notification. Existing tasks keep working — you just can't create new ones until you complete, delete, or archive some tasks, or upgrade to Pro.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Account settings. When downgrading, your data stays intact — you just lose access to Pro features.
Is there a team or business plan?
Not yet. Todo is currently designed for individual use. Team features are on the roadmap — join the waitlist to get notified.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not at launch. Annual billing with a discount is planned for the future.
Can I self-host Todo?
The codebase is designed for single-tenant deployment. Self-hosting documentation is on the roadmap.
What payment methods do you accept?
We'll support major credit/debit cards and common regional payment methods through Stripe. Details will be finalized before Pro launch.
